Returns & refunds
We want you to be confident in every part you order. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.
Return window
Most parts can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to start a return
- Email returns@partscorp.co.za with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number and shipping instructions within one business day.
- Pack the part securely and include the RA on the outside of the carton.
- Ship via your preferred courier or arrange a collection through our team.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the returned part, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. EFT refunds clear within an additional 1 to 3 days.
