1.Acceptance
By placing an order or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2.Pricing & availability
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR), inclusive of VAT where applicable, and subject to change without notice. Stock levels reflect our best estimate at time of listing; occasionally items may be backordered, in which case we will notify you and offer the choice of waiting, substituting, or cancelling.
3.Orders
An order is only accepted once you receive an order confirmation. PartsCorp reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, restricted destinations).
4.Payment
Payment is due in full at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed on the checkout page. Card payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment partner.
5.Shipping & delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery. If a part arrives damaged, see our returns policy.
6.Returns & warranty
See our returns policy for the full process. OEM warranties are administered through the original manufacturer; we will assist with any claim.
7.Limitation of liability
PartsCorp's total liability in respect of any order is limited to the price paid for the parts in that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses (including downtime, loss of profit, or third-party claims) except where required by law.
8.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
